Why Good Mental Health Matters-2021


Many people face mental health problems in their lifetime. Occasional sorrows, stress, and grief are normal. But if this same condition remains consistent then you need help. Getting help for mental disorders is not that easy. Only the right health professional can help you to control these issues in your life.

Mental health depends on our psychological, emotional, and social well-being. When we feel, act, or think it affected by mental health. Mental health also affects our choices, stress, and making decisions. It is important at every stage of life whether you are young or old.

If you have experienced mental health issues in your life your mood, thinking and behavior could be change.

There are different mental health disorders. Here we discuss some of them.

1- Anxiety disorder

People who are facing anxiety disorder respond to any situation with fear. If their anxiety becomes worse they face some physical symptoms such as rapid heartbeat or sweating. This disorder is diagnosed when someone does not control any situation or response. Anxiety disorder included phobia, panic attacks, and social anxiety.

2- Mood Disorder

Mood disorder also called affective disorder in which a person faces persistent feelings of sorrow or in some period of time feels happy. The most common mood disorders are bipolar disorder, depression, and cyclothymia disorder.

3- Psychotic disorder

In this disorder, a person feels false sounds or images that do not exist in reality but they believe in those sounds.

4- Obsessive Compulsive disorder

People who face this disease are afflicted with constant fears or thoughts which force them to follow certain routines or rituals. For example, a person who has unreasonable anxiety about germs washes his hand again and again without any reason.

How to maintain positive mental health?

If you are facing any mental health disorder you need to find a professional. And to maintain your mental health you should connect with peoples, stay positive, get enough sleep, do some physical activities, and develop some skills.
