International Women’s Day 2021: On the occasion of International Women’s Day, India captain Virat Kohli took some time to wish special females in her life. The 31-year-old hopped to Instagram and wrote, “Seeing the birth of a child is the most spine-chilling, unbelievable and amazing experience a human being can have. After witnessing that, you understand the true strength and divinity of women and why God created life inside them.”

“It’s because they are way stronger than us men.”

“Happy Women’s Day to the most fiercely, compassionate and strong woman of my life and to the one who’s going to grow up to be like her mother ❤️. And also a Happy Women’s Day to all the amazing women of the world.”

Virat and Anushka recently became parents to baby girl Vamika.

Virat Kohli on Monday said the strength of a society is the strength of women.
Taking to Twitter, Kohli wrote, “Happy Women’s Day to all the amazing women of the world. The strength of a society is the strength of women.” India Test team vice-captain Ajinkya Rahane wrote, “I feel lucky to be surrounded by so many strong women in my life, thank you for your all unending support. Wishing all the wonderful women a very Happy Women’s Day!”

Earlier in a conversion with cricket commentator Mark Nicholas ‘Not just Cricket’, Virat Kohli had opened up about Anushka’s importance in her life for strengthening him over the years.

After winning the Test series 2-1, the Indian captain will be hoping that the lady luck will help win the silverware with RCB in IPL. Team India will next face England in T20 series beginning March 12.
